Phil Rogers
Endeavour's Founding Principal is Phil Rogers. New Zealand-born - his vision is to change US market entry and development from a one off high cost, high risk project for individual companies to a managed process using repeatable and proven programs that dramatically increase success rates. Phil is a Demand Generation specialist with over 18 years of experience (10 years in the US) and has held marketing, sales management, executive and GM positions for global blue chips including Diageo and Brambles as well as start ups and high growth firms. Industry experience includes technology, services and consumer goods. He co-founded a number of businesses including New Zealand Bloom - one of New Zealand's leading exporters.
He has an MBA (High Honors) from Boston University and a LLM (Honors) from Victoria University.

Satish Boppana - Speciality: ICT
Satish is passionate enthusiast for software with hands-on abilities and a bigger picture business sense that make him invaluable when designing and implementing technical projects. He brings over 14 years of experience delivering technology solutions for clients such as Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investments and Prudential Investments. Most recently, he held the position of VP of Operations for FundWorks US - a leading global client communications firm. He currently heads up a software and services start-up and is able to provide technical sales and support services for US clients of foreign-based firms. Satish has MBA from Boston University and a Masters in Software Engineering from Brandeis University.
Matt Grigsby - Specialty: Sustainable Building / Creative Services
Matt Grigsby is an Industrial Designer by trade, entrepreneur by passion and sustainability fanatic who is implementing new ways to address the tough environmental challenges facing us today. He is the founder and CEO of Ecolect (the world's largest online database of sustainable materials) and also runs Design Awareness - a Providence-based design firm. With a BFA degree in Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and a love for all things big picture, Matt has a passion for problem solving through creative and viable approaches. He is Chair of the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), Rhode Island chapter and nationally, Co-chair of IDSA's Eco Design Section. Matt is a great resource for international firms focused on the creative, design and green industries in the US.
